Course Description:

Sexual harassment in the workplace is never appropriate, but that doesn’t mean harassment stops automatically. Sexual harassment in your practice is often preventable, but harassment prevention requires specialized training.

Smart Training's Sexual Harassment Prevention training module helps team members understand what actions constitute sexual harassment. It also helps employees understand what actions are appropriate to take after sexual harassment has occurred. 

Educational Objectives:

At course completion, the attendee will be able to:

• Analyze what behaviors constitute sexual harassment
• Recall questions to ask themselves in a sexual harassment litmus test
• Identify common victim responses to sexual harassment
• Explain what measures to take when experiencing sexual harassment in the workplace
• Summarize the legal requirements of employers in the case of a report
• Give examples of common consequences for an individual accused of sexual harassment
